Member Users must not create or submit unwanted messages to any Snegic members ("Spam"). Member Users must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Snegic does not encourage religious indulgence of any culture. Users must not, in the use of The Snegic website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Snegic account. While Snegic prohibits such conduct and content, you understand and agree that Snegic cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its website and or Member Users Conduct. Snegic is not liable for any 3rd party fees, payments or services. The Snegic website is designed to be a respectable atmosphere for Member Users, use the Snegic website at your own risk. Any payments made for Any Pro Membership accounts should be made with a clear mind and are non refundable.

The Wallet System:

When Activated Member Users may send and receive funds using The Wallet Payment System on The Snegic website.  Snegic is not liable for any 3rd party fees that may be associated with Member Users peer to peer payment transfers sent or received through the wallet system, unless otherwise indicated.

The Affiliate Program:

When Activated The Snegic Website Affiliate Program is available for Silver, Gold and Platinum Pro Membership Packages. Member Users must have a Paypal account to participate. The Affiliate Program is Free and Member Users can find their affiliate links in the settings section of the website. Payout from affiiate referrals will be payed out at stated set minimum balance.

General Conditions:

Snegic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Snegic website for any reasons resulting from hazardous conditions and or acts out of human control such as acts of nature. Snegic reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement. Snegic reserves the right to refuse website service to anyone for any reason at any time. Snegic has an obligation to remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use. The Snegic website service makes it possible for Member Users to post images that link to outside websites. Further research may be required for 3rd party business websites.

Copyrights:

Snegic claims no intellectual property rights over the material Member Users provide at the Snegic website. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system. Snegic encourages Member Users to contribute at building a better network of Friends and Connections.
